Simplified Employee Pension IRA

A Simplified Employee Pension plan, also known as a SEP IRA is a retirement plan specifically designed for self-employed individuals and small-business owners to provide retirement benefits for themselves and their employees. With a SEP IRA, the contribution limits are typically much higher, and since SEP accounts are Traditional IRAs, funds can be invested the same way as any other IRA.
