There are three types of alerts for credit cards.

First, transaction alerts notify you when specific transactions occur. These alerts can be setup and configured in both Online Banking and the EECU Mobile App.

Second, security alerts notify you when changes occur on your account, such as payment changes, card activations, computer authorizations, etc. These alerts can be setup and configured in both Online Banking and the EECU Mobile App.

Lastly, EECU also will send you real-time text message notifications when suspected fraudulent activity occurs on your credit card. All credit cardholders are automatically enrolled in fraud alerts!
