Wednesday marked another successful year for New County 96.3 KSCS and Cook Children’s annual Radiothon presented by EECU Credit Union. The event directly benefits families in the Dallas-Fort Worth region that visit Cook Children’s. This year’s Radiothon raised $205,449 to help patients and their families receive the treatment they need, whether or not insurance covers the cost.


EECU has a long history of serving the Cook Children’s family through financial support, employee participation and volunteering at events like the Radiothon. In addition to the credit union’s sponsorship support, EECU’s senior management team and employees worked the phone bank to accept donations throughout the morning. In keeping with EECU’s commitment to the communities it serves, our support of Cook Children’s Medical Center has been a focus at the credit union for many years.

We participate in many local efforts year-round to help raise awareness and much-needed funds for Cook Children’s to improve the health of every child in the DFW region.

Credit union’s 14th Fort Worth area location expands EECU’s member service with interactive design

EECU plans to open its newest branch in Alliance Town Center (to be located at 3451 Texas Sage Trail) late September, bringing the credit union’s number of banking locations to 14 in the greater Fort Worth area.

Credit union members and those interested in learning more about EECU’s services are invited to visit the branch during a week of planned grand opening activities to welcome EECU to the Alliance Town Center. The dates will be announced in late September or early October. Continue reading
