New Online Payment Center

We’re excited to announce a new Online Payment Center, that allows you to make EECU loan payments from another financial institution! The new Online Payment Center is simple, easy to use, plus it provides you the ability to schedule recurring loan payments. The Online Payment Center will be available beginning March 7, 2019.

Q: What types of EECU loans can be paid through the Online Payment Center?

A: You can pay your EECU auto loan, personal loan, share-secured loan, HELOC, and home improvement loan through the new Online Payment Center. For more information on making payments for all other EECU loans, please call (817) 882-0800.


Q: When will my loan payments be posted?

A: Loan payments made through the Online Payment Center before 6:00 p.m. CT will be posted the same day. Loan payments made after 6:00 p.m. CT, will post to your account the next day.


Q: Can I setup recurring loan payments?

A: Yes! Now you can set up recurring loan payments from your account at another financial institution, by providing the financial institution’s routing number along with your account number.


Q: Will I need a login id and password for the Online Payment Center?

A: You can make a one-time payment using just your EECU Account Number and the last 4 digits of your social security number! Everyone who would like to setup recurring payments, will need to create a new Login Id and Password for the Online Payment Center, using the quick and easy enrollment process.


Q: Is there a fee to make a loan payment in the Online Payment Center?

A: For payments (ACH) made directly from another financial institution, there is no fee. Payments made with your debit card incur a $3.95 processing fee.
