Lost or Stolen Debit or Check Card
If your debit card is lost or stolen, it may fall into the hands of someone who will use it to make purchases. If your card is missing:
- Call our 24-hour debit card hotline at 1-800-333-9934 to turn off the card’s access to your account.
- Keep a close eye on your account activity using EECU’s Online Banking or mobile app to ensure that there are no transactions posted that you did not authorize.
