Lost or Stolen Credit Card

Credit cards issued by EECU are managed by a third-party partner. If your credit card is lost or stolen, follow these steps to ensure that your credit line is not accessible to anyone else.

  1. Call our 24-hour hotline at 1-800-442-4757 to cut off the card’s access to your account.
  2. Keep a close eye on your account activity using EECU’s Online Banking or mobile app to ensure that there are no transactions posted that you did not authorize.
